Communicating with users using the mobile app

Students and tutors can communicate at any time using the mobile app chat.

Chat considerations

  • Every session has an independent chat room.
  • You can only send messages while the session is on pending, upcoming, or ongoing status.
  • The chat opens once the student sends the tutoring request to the tutor.
  • The chat closes once the tutor completes the session or the session is canceled.
💡 The chat is actively monitored by your educational institution, so we recommend you to use it responsibly.

Students

To enter the chat of your sessions, open the main menu and press Chats.

Tutors

To enter the chat of your sessions, open the main menu and press  Chats.
