Troubleshooting app notifications
There could be many different reasons why you're not receiving push notifications. First of all, check that your smartphone has a stable internet connection and the app has notification permissions allowed.
Check iOS notification preferences
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Search for the Linc app under "Notification style".
- Enable the option "Allow Notifications".
Check Android notification preferences
Note: The configuration options could vary depending on the device.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Go to apps and notifications.
- Look for Linc and go to configuration settings.
- In the notifications section, make sure notifications are allowed.
