Troubleshooting app notifications

There could be many different reasons why you're not receiving push notifications. First of all, check that your smartphone has a stable internet connection and the app has notification permissions allowed.

💡 If notifications are not working and you have the permissions allowed, reinstall the app. This will fix the problem in most cases.

Check iOS notification preferences

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Search for the Linc app under "Notification style".
  3. Enable the option "Allow Notifications".

Check Android notification preferences

Note: The configuration options could vary depending on the device.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Go to apps and notifications.
  3. Look for Linc and go to configuration settings.
  4. In the notifications section, make sure notifications are allowed.
