Where do sessions take place

The place where sessions take place varies depending on the tutoring mode of each session.

In-person sessions

• Individual (1 to 1): In-person 1 to 1 sessions are taught in places determined by your educational institution (in most cases in your campus facilities).
• Group: In-person group sessions are taught in places defined by each tutor once the tutoring request has been confirmed.

Online sessions

The online sessions are taught using the virtual classroom offered by our platform, however, there is the possibility to use a third-party service such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams while there is explicit consent by the educational institution and the tutor.
