How do upcoming tutoring lessons reminders work?
Linc will automatically send you reminders on confirmed lessons:
- 24 hours before it starts.
- 3 hours before it starts.
- 1 minute before it starts.
At this point, there is no way to deactivating or changing reminders. Very soon users will be able to personalize this.
Using the mobile app
The reminders are automatically activated through push notifications.
Using the web app
The reminders are automatically activated through push notifications on your browser.
Additionally, you can activate reminders via email following the next steps:
1. Go to the main menu Account settings > Notification preferences
2. In the Email notifications module, look for the "Upcoming lesson reminders" and select the option.
3. Press the button "Save preferences".
