How much time does the tutor have to respond to a tutoring lesson request?

Once the lesson request is sent, the tutor has a predetermined window of time to reply.

In the case in which the tutor does not answer on time, the lesson request would automatically be canceled. This to avoid students to be kept waiting for an undetermined amount of time.

Using the mobile app

You can check how much time the tutor has left to answer a lesson request. Go to the pending lessons tab and click over the lesson card to view its details.

Using the web app

Soon you will be able to check how much time the tutor has left to answer a pending lesson.
