I forgot my password, how do I recover my account?

If you forget your password, you may request an email to restore the password at any time.

Using the mobile app

Follow these steps to restore your password:

1. Open the Linc app.
2. Go to the login interface.
3. Click on  "Forgot password?".
4. Type in the email associated with your account and click "Send".
5. Look for Linc's email and open it.
6. Click on "Restore password".
7. When you open the link, type in your new password and click "Restore password".

Using the web app

Follow these steps to restore your password:

1. Go to your educational institution's Linc portal.
2. Enter the email associated with your Linc account.
3. Click on "Restore password?".
4. Type in the email associated with your Linc account and click "Send".
