Troubleshooting web notifications

If you are not receiving push notifications, check your internet connection and make sure the web application portal has the permissions allowed in your browser.

Additionally, if you use any browser extension such as Adblock, make sure you have it disabled in the web application portal.


Compatible browsers

Web application push notifications only work using the following browsers:

  • Chrome (recommended)
  • Edge
  • Firefox
  • Opera

Verify your browser notification permissions

In most cases, push notifications can stop working when permissions are denied in your browser.

Verify permissions in Chrome

  1. Log in to the web application.
  2. Identify the address bar of your browser.
  3. Verify that notification permissions are set as Allowed.

Don't forget to refresh the page to apply the changes.
