Why are tutoring lesson requests automatically canceled after a certain time?

The lesson requests (the ones "pending") will auto-cancel if there isn't a reply from the tutor on time.

We know how important it is for students to receive a response as fast as possible, that's, why our system calculates the amount of time left the tutor, has in order to respond. With this, we try to avoid having unanswered lesson requests.

The time for response is dynamic and depends on the amount of anticipation of the lesson request.

What happens when a lesson request is auto-canceled?

You will be immediately informed through a push notification, so you can try scheduling on a different time or try a different tutor.
