Step 1. Get to know Linc

What is Linc?

Linc is the instant connection between students and tutors. We are an e-learning multiplatform where students can request tutoring, mentoring or classes with tutors from their same educational institution. We work directly with educational institutions to provide tutors with technology tools to make their way of transmitting their teaching to students more interactive and enriching.

Through Linc, students can request tutoring by interacting with tutors in real-time. The entire process of requesting, confirming, starting and finishing the tutoring lessons is carried out through the platform.

Linc is available on the following platforms:

  • Web application: Accessible from any modern web browser.
  • Mobile application: Available for iOS and Android.

Types of tutoring

  • Individual tutoring (1 to 1): A tutor with only one student.
  • Group tutoring: A tutor with two or more students.

Modalities of tutoring

  • Face-to-face tutoring: Tutoring provided in person either on or off-campus of the Educational Institution.
  • Online tutoring: Tutoring provided online through the virtual classroom offered by Linc through its web platform.

We remind you that the supply of tutors, subjects, modalities, and types of tutoring is determined by each Educational Institution. Linc only provides the platform service.

Why can't I access the tutor profile?

If trying to access the tutor profile an alert appears with the following message: "Only the tutors of your Educational Institution have access to the tutor profile", it is because you do not have the necessary permits. If this is your case, you should contact the Linc Administrator at your Educational Institution.
