How do I temporarily disable new tutoring requests? (Vacation mode)

Vacation mode allows tutors to be absent for a temporal time, this means no lesson requests.

When activating "Vacation mode", you will be excluded from the tutor's offer until you manually deactivate this setting under your profile.

Using the mobile app

To activate or deactivate Vacation Mode follow these steps:

  1. Go to the main menu.
  2. Go to "My profile"
  3. Look for the airplane symbol.
  4. Slide to either activate/deactivate Vacation Mode.

Under your tutor profile, go to the main menu > Tutoring preferences > Availability.
