Troubleshooting web application common issues
Below you can find the most common problems that you can encounter in the web application and how to fix them:
Blank page and/or page not loading correctly
In most cases, clearing your browser's cache will fix issues related to pages not loading correctly.

Using Windows browser
Located on the page presenting the issue, perform a hard refresh using the following shortcut:
[CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[R] or [SHIFT]+[F5]
By using this shortcut, the page will get refreshed and you should be able to visualize the page correctly.
Using macOS browser
Located on the page presenting the issue, perform a hard refresh using the following shortcut:
Google Chrome
- Press [Shift]+[⌘ Command]+[R]
Firefox
- Press [Shift]+[⌘ Command]+[R]
Safari
- Press [⌘ Command]+[⌥ Option]+[E]
- Then press [⌘ Command]+[R]
By using this shortcut, the page will get refreshed and you should be able to visualize the page correctly.
Web application features not working correctly
In case the web application does not work correctly, verify that you are using a compatible browser. Here is the list of supported browsers:
- Windows: Google Chrome (recommended), Edge, Firefox, and Opera.
- macOS: Google Chrome (recommended), Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
Remember that in addition to using one of the supported browsers, you must keep it updated.
Fix can't send or receive chat messages
To solve this problem clear your browsing data, including cookies and cache. Finally, log back into your account.
